Before you book
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes, no charge and no sales pressure. If I do not think I can help, I will tell you and suggest someone who can.
Do you work online or in person?
Both. Most coaching happens on video calls; strategy days and workshops are in person at your office.
How long do people usually work with you?
Most clients start with a three-month sprint. About two in three continue with ongoing advisory after that.
What if it is not working for me?
There are no long lock-ins. Monthly packages can be stopped with two weeks' notice, and I would rather you stop than pay for something that is not helping.
Is what I share confidential?
Completely. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and I never use a client's name or numbers without written permission.
